This book club meets once a month (normally the third Wednesday) on ZOOM to discuss the book of the month. Books are chosen by the members to cover 3-months worth of reading. The person who suggested the book is the designated facilitator of the meeting. They are responsible for questions and discussion points and any other surprises they may come up with.
January's selection is by Julia Spencer Fleming called To Darkness and To Death, Book 4 in her Rev. Clare Fergusson and Russ VanAlstyne Mystery Series.
February' selection is The Ride of Her Life: The True Story of a Woman, Her Horse, and Their Last-Chance Journey Across America by Elizabeth Letts.
March's selection is Life in a Jar by Jack Mayer about During World War II, Irena Sendler, a Polish Catholic social worker, organized a rescue network of fellow social workers to save 2,500 Jewish children from certain death in the Warsaw ghetto.
April will be Someone Else's Shoes: A Novel by Jojo Moyes. A story of mix-ups, mess-ups and making the most of second chances, this is the new novel from #1 New York Times bestselling author Jojo Moyes, author of Me Before You and The Giver of Stars.
