Instructor Lisa Fishman will lead a discussion on how to use herbs and spices to make healthy, delicious meals that just may spice up your life! Join us on ZOOM to discover a whole new world of flavor. Lisa will lead a discussion on using herbs and spices in everyday dishes and will make samples of herb butter and snack crackers.
Registered participants will receive the recipes and shopping list to prepare the recipes with Lisa during the ZOOM class if they want.
