Using an Electric Pressure cooker makes it fast and easy to cook healthy meals, especially if you are only cooking for one or two. Join us on ZOOM to learn some tips and tricks for using an Electric Pressure cooker and prepare a delicious Jambalaya in honor of Mardi Gras!

Registered participants will receive the recipe and shopping list so they can cook along with Lisa during the ZOOM class (optional).
