Ted Wright, owner of Ted Wright Forest Services, delivered an informative Zoom presentation on March 31, 2026, to members of the Gold LEAF Institute.
Drawing on his extensive experience as a licensed forester, Ted shared valuable insights from his work with landowners and his strong advocacy for sustainable forestry practices.
He emphasized the vital role that working forests and rural economies play in connecting Maine’s small landowners with emerging carbon finance opportunities.
His introduction to Renoster highlighted innovative ways landowners can benefit financially by allowing trees to grow longer, increasing both carbon sequestration and overall market value.
Ted’s PowerPoint presentation reflected not only his depth of knowledge but also his deep commitment to responsible forest stewardship and the long-term sustainability of Maine’s natural resources.
Gold LEAF extends its sincere appreciation for his time, expertise, and dedication to educating members in attendance.
