Acadia Senior College is hosting Debra Bare-Rogers from Disability Rights Maine who will share her hearing loss experience and the resources she uses daily, including technology, self-advocacy, and captioning. She will introduce Maine Relay - a free service which allows those with hearing and/or speech disabilities to access telecommunications. This talk should be of interest to anyone with hearing loss as well as friends and family.
