We have room in this class for more participants so join us for an amazing look at the planets and other objects in the sky. Sign up by going to msad1.coursestorm.com or email Penny Kern at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We're going to look at how the planets were formed and the unique features of the each individual planet. Things like comets, meteors and other objects in the universe will be explored and we will look at eclipses and solar phenomenon. Jim has many resources he will share with us and teach us how to use some of the charts and materials we will use in class. He is also the "go to" person for finding out about the things going on in the sky.
Instructor: Jim Stepp has been interested in astronomy since he was very young. Years of research and exploring and taking classes at science museums and planetariums have expanded his love and knowledge about everything up in the sky. He has been teaching classes for SAGE since 2013 and his classes are one of the favorites for our members.
