Becoming ResourceFULL: Savvy Saving Seniors Financial Education program by the National Council on Aging and the Bank of America have put together a program to help low-income older adults. It will help put participants on the path to economic security that begins with basic money management. Learning how to budget, apply for benefits, avoid scams that can help you stay secure and independent longer.
